Student Services offer superficial peels as part of our skincare treatment menu, due to their mild nature and the relatively minimal downtime.
1. Brightening Glycolic Peel – Using glycolic acid, a type of alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), this peel gently removes the outer layer of skin, revealing a brighter, fresher complexion. Ideal for treating fine lines, mild sun damage, and dull skin.
2. Clarifying Salicylic Peel – This peel, featuring salicylic acid, a beta hydroxy acid (BHA), deeply cleanses pores, helping to combat acne and oily skin. Recommended for congested or acne-prone skin types.
3. Refreshing Enzyme Peel – Utilizing fruit enzymes, this gentle peel exfoliates the skin and boosts cell turnover for a glowing, revitalized complexion. Perfect for sensitive skin types or those new to peels.
4. Hydrating Lactic Peel – Using lactic acid, this peel not only exfoliates the skin but also hydrates and brightens. Ideal for dry and sensitive skin types looking for a gentle brightening effect.
5. Combo Peel – This treatment blends AHAs and BHAs for a customizable peel experience, targeting various skin concerns from fine lines and wrinkles to acne and hyperpigmentation.
Each peel will include a consultation, skin analysis, cleansing, application of the peel, neutralizing (if necessary), and post-peel care instructions. A series of treatments is often recommended for best results.
It’s important to remember that while we can provide excellent skin care treatments, they may not be equipped to deal with more significant skin concerns that require medical attention. Always consult with our instructors if you’re unsure about the best treatments for your skin type and concerns.
